Class Choices in Legion

I could use some help. What are your opinions on Priest (probably Shadow), Paladin (Prot), and DKs? I have all 3 at 100 and I really have no idea which one to main for legion. I played all of them, and I can't decide which is more fun. What do you think would be the "stronger" or more sought out for pick? Thanks.
