Can a Conjurer also have Enhancer abilities in the conjured weapon?

This has been bugging me for 3 weeks now. I have this idea for a weapon that a Conjurer would summon up, but I also want them to enhance their strength in that weapon. Is that possible, or is each Nen type individual?... Please help me out here.
