Anyone else had this problem in Sims 3?

I know a lot of people don't play Sims 3 because of issues but I just wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else. I just went on a binge playing spree this weekend and everything was fine until today. My sim used the phone to throw a party but a couple hours before it was due to start I didn't get the pop up saying I should start setting up. Turns out I had to select throw a party again and this time it worked. Another thing is that on a day my sim is supposed to work, a couple hours before they are due to go in it will change and say they no longer have to be there for a day or so. It's happened a couple times and affects everyone that works in the house. The last thing I've noticed is that I had one of my pregnant sims get pregnant, but she never got sick or anything. I have a mod that shows if a sim is pregnant or not and she has become unpregnant 3 times.

Like I said everything has worked fine until now. The only thing I have downloaded is Master Controller & that was yesterday when everything was still working.
