Thinking of a new career in bioremediation via microbes in Canada and I'm calling an instructor at U of T tomorrow. What should I ask?

Repost from r/Microbiology Generally, I'm trying to see this prof face to face to have a chat about enrolling in a masters program. Emails are not their forte apparently. What I'm basically going to ask is about:

What courses should I boost my GPA with (bad idea according to [r/microbiology](/r/microbiology))
Career outlooks
If I did enroll, what would be the transferable skill that can give me another science based career
