Major Gym Bug

Hi everybody, I have had a very strange bug when I try to open gyms since thus afternoon. Basically when I click on a gym my character and level disappear, but the game goes on and if I move i see everything move. I can't click anything and the white pokeball is spinning forever. The only fix I found is to close the app and open it again. I have never had something like this and in the past hours it happened 100% of the time and I tried to open 30+ gyms. I play on Android. Has anyone else experienced this??
