Amazon backordering CE's and not shipping

I've had two ce's only one got shipped the other is sept 21-oct 21 release window. I Have talked to several reps today and got $10 knocked off the CE after one rep promising me I would get both and saving the transcript and showing to amazon.

It has been a nightmare talking with these people today trying to figure out why they changed to backordered the day before launch when since april it's been preordered. long story short. blizzard "didn't send them enough"
