Anybody remember that one chapter of Franken Fran?

Where Fran came up with the idea for the baby to be born early as a larva that forms a cocoon so the mother doesn't have to carry it for a long period of time? It would be nice if pregnancy was that easy. Apart from all of the diseases it gets.
