In light of inevitable 'Conda newbies

So I understand a little grumbling at new pilots in one of the biggest ships in the game, flying e rated and all this and that. However, how about sharing some tips about flying anaconda for newer Conda pilots? I'm sure plenty of people would love to know some tips you have, especially since it's such a large ship.
