Category doesn't have this game. [question]

I'm Lets-playing Resident Evil Remake on my channel right now. I'm an up and comer, so I'm trying to maximize my tags, and do everything right for search algorithms. I've noticed that when I try to categorize this particular game, there's no good options for it.

Example, When you upload a video, you can select "gaming" as a category, and then which game. I imagine this makes the search algorithm work smoothly. If I was playing "Super Metroid," I could start typing it in, and there's an option in a pop-up style drop down menu.

However there isn't one with Resident Evil Remake. The closest there is would be "Resident Evil 1," which grants none of the release information other games seem to have.

How do I properly input this data if youtube doesn't haven't it readily available? I'm willing to make it so to make my channel that much easier to find.
