Android OS documentation for USERS instead of DEVELOPERS?

Is there any official documentation about Android for USERS rather than DEVELOPERS? I tried visiting android.com, but the website is basically a brochure, and I cannot find any links to user documentation. If I google "android documentation" all I find are developer documentation for the API.
