All the transformations in Dragon Ball Super have been pretty disappointing.

I'm not just talking about them all being a pallet swaps, but the lack of emotion or build up in any of them.

• Super Saiyan God: They just did a ritual and Goku just changes form.

• Super Saiyan Blue: The Transformation is nearly instant with no build up.

• Freiza Gold: Once again near instant transformation

• SSJ Cabba: I don't even think I need to explain why this was disappointing. I almost forgot about it.

• Super Saiyan Blue Kiaoken: So for the coolest of them all but once again. He just says "Kaioken" and he has taken on the form.

• Super Saiyan Rose: Yells once and is transformed within just a flash.

I have been disappointed with the lack of emotion in trigger transformations. Most have been through training in which we never get to see the moment when they first unlock it, Except for Super Saiyan God. All the other transformation after is after the fact that they have used that form before. It's disappointing.

You can just compare them to DBZ transformations.

• SSJ Goku.

• SSJ2 Gohan.

• SSJ3 Goku

Even a lot of the movie transformation are better done than anything is Super. Even future trunks Ssj1 transformation was made WORSE in super.
