Rentals in the Dallas area - is there a "broker" or "agent" that represents companies that have rentals?

Much like a real estate agent for buying a house, I was hoping that while I'm in Dallas this weekend I could connect with someone who can take my list of criteria (schools, distance from work, size of the rental needed, etc) and show me some rentals.

I could use the smartphone app, but I'd really prefer to have the insight from a human.
