[Help]Samsung Fast Charge Battery Pack not working,

[Help] I have a Sumsung Fast Charging Battery Pack (the 5200mah one) and recently it stopped charging my phone and whenever I put it to charge the lights light up for a brief second then they all turn off. Also when I try to charge my phone all 3 lights will simply start flashing and it won't charge the phone.
