Anyone know of where I can buy cheap flowers?

-Is there some wholesale flower place in DC (I know there's one in silverspring, but it's sort of too far out for me)?

-Does anyone know if I can buy some at Florida Market?

-Also, anyone know of a metro stop where someone is consistently selling flowers for cheap and at a certain time? I know my friend got a dozen roses from Eisenhower Metro (in VA) for $3 bucks, but I don't think the guy sits there consistently. At Foggy Bottom they're like $5 for 6 roses, but that's not really cheap enough (I need a LOT).
