Just experienced the notorious bootloop defect on my LG G4 and was wondering if any of you could offer some support in helping me retrieve all of my downloaded music.

This afternoon my LG G4 turned off by itself and remained stuck on the boot screen when I tried to turn it back on. I took it into the T-Mobile store today and I am getting a new G4 through my warranty next week. However, I had over 600 songs downloaded to my current G4 and am worried that I wont be able to recover any of those files. A somewhat similar situation happened to my Galaxy S2 a couple years ago and I managed to recover my music files via the help of these two apps, but I don't think this will work for my current situation because the G4 can't actually load past the boot screen.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation that I am in now? Are there any more apps I can try that will allow me to access these files without being able to turn on my G4? Am I shit out of luck?

If anyone has any advice on what I could do, please let me know. Thanks!
