$400 budget in a 10x10 room

I hate to make another one of these posts, but you guys seem to know more than I could get out of a few hours of research.

Looking for some suggestions on a bookshelf speaker setup to watch movies for a total of $400ish, not including the potential receiver. There doesn't necessarily need to be a sub or a receiver depending on the options available. Not doing 5.1 or anything, so just a couple of nice sounding speakers either with or without bass.
