Help Choosing Motherboard

Hello, I was wondering if someone could please help me find a Motherboard compatible for with my CPU and Graphics Card. My CPU is a AMD FX-6100 6-Core 3.3 GHz (AM3+ Socket ) and my graphics card is a EVGA GTX 970. I was looking at the ASUS Motherboard below, but not sure if that will bottleneck its performance. If that is no good, i am looking for something less than $100 if possible. Thanks
