32 days to go and I'm going to start firing bridesmaids

So the purpose of this post is to vent a little bit mostly get some encouragement AND advice or suggestions from you Wedditors!

Problem is my bridesmaids are letting me down, started with the bridal shower when only one of the 5 (Maid of Honor is my twin sister so not her) was the only one to help prep and pay for any of the food and activities. They are missing appointments- like my makeup one from two days ago that was planned months in advance. NO one showed up. No one, except for one, told me they weren't able to go they just didn't show or answer their phones. They haven't been responding to my messages and I feel like complete crap, I'm planning this wedding with my fiance, I feel like I'm order for my mother to help it's like pulling teeth, my fiance and I are paying for the whole thing (DIY wedding) and I feel overwhelmed and alone.

At this point I'm ready to fire everyone, I've already got 2 back ups ready to go with dresses bought. So please share your stories, advice and/or encouragement!

I just want this to be the best day of my life!
