[Meta] New here, had some questions

Hi there! Been greatly interested in running the shadows more of late, but making time for specific frames for skype/roll 20 is potentially problematic for me. I was wondering if this subreddit is still active, and how the character creation process works. Is this similar to Shadownet or runnerhub in that you need to get the character approved by a committee or is it more... one-shot in style?

Also; pretty new to reddit in general... so if I seem like I don't know how to navigate... well... Reddit feels a lot different from the messageboard systems I'm used to.

Thanks for your time!
