GPS update and some questions

Hey guys, Just joined the club with a second hand 2009 SP25 (GT)! Couldn't be happier with the car so far. There are a few things that I would like to ask about though.

1. is there a way to get a map update (it runs the two screens just above dash with the tiny GPS screen) so that it has speed limits and traffic? I have searched up on this and it all leads back to buying through the navshop sdcard but that support is 2000-2012? (https://navshop.com.au/products/cx9-2008-to-2012)

2. If I were to get reversing sensors, which kit is easy to install and would you guys suggest for me. Ideally it would have a distance indicator above the rear view mirror and/or beep with distance.

3. If it would be a better idea to just scrap one and two and just rip out the head unit and install a unit with GPS and maybe a reversing camera (though I don't know where i could mount the camera on the back of the hatch). However, I rather the screen be up near the dash so I don't need to take my eyes off the road. If 3 is the way that most of you think is suitable, which unit would be recommended?
