chemo and steroids are turning my mom into a psycho

Mom is on round 4 of chemo for lung cancer. She also takes steroids to combat the effects.

It's turning her into one of two extremes... someone who becomes irrationally angry at the drop of a hat, or paranoid and spaced out, hiding her meds, leaving doors open and water running.

Anyone else experience this? It's like she started hating my dad and developed Alzheimers all at the same time.
