[Discussion] PC Component Upgrades vs Rebuild

Discussion

It's been 2.5 years since I built my first PC with the help of this subreddit and I wanted to thank you guys! My rig is running smoothly and have had zero issues or hiccups so far. I mainly use my rig for gaming as well as watching movies and some minor work (Office, Excel & Outlook).

So the topic I wanted to raise is component upgrades vs a complete rebuild. What components do you upgrade first (Memory and Storage come to mind first)? When do you start assessing that you a need a new GPU? What about a motherboard and processor? At what point do you just stop upgrading components and go for a complete rebuild?

Below is my parts list, and I wanted your opinion on what you would upgrade first. I think the obvious answer is memory, but I would love to hear everyone's thoughts. And when would you recommend I upgrade my GPU? Really looking forward to the discussion.
