Trained Two year old knowingly peeing pants

2 year old has been telling us 'pee' for three months, never wetting her pants. The last two weeks, she started wetting herself and not telling us pee. Anyone deal with something similar?

We'll continue being consistent, but the regression has been disappointing. Thanks for any help/tips.
