Blink-182 and drugs?

Did mark and tom do drugs back in the days? I know Travis did a shitton of drugs up until his plane crash and I've seen footage of mark smoking a joint on the good times tour documentary with pennywise. But did they do drugs? I'm just interested. Alot of the bands in their scene smoked alot of pot, were on speed etc. Did blink just not do it? I'm also not counting Tom's painkillers.
