[WAR] Moroccan Interests Must be Preserved!

"Morocco must protect its borders, and its sovereignty. For years we have sat within our borders, hoping that maybe we may wait out the Europeans or that they will spare us. Do you know who else thought this? The Algerians! And now they are being invaded by the French, losing land daily, and they may fall to the colonizers without help. And once they are gone, what about us? That is why, my people, we must offer the Algerians a peaceful way out of their situation."

This was King Abd al-Rahman's public speech before declaring that he will offer the Algerians a way out, that by submitting to his will they will avoid another war with the Moroccans. Once this happens, the Berbers of North Africa can hopefully band together and protect themselves from foreign occupation, and create more wealth than they ever could before! However, should the Algerians somehow refuse, Moroccan troops will immediately march across the border to gain control of the inner Algerian land not under French occupation.
