Is there an adapter to use Nikon crop sensor lenses on the black magic cinema camera.

Hello, I am really interested in purchasing the BMCC. But, I really don't want to buy new lenses. The main lens I use is The Nikon 17-55mm f/2.8G ED-IF AF-S DX Lens. Of course the BMCC has a full sensor, and this lens isn't compatible with a full sensor. But, I was wondering If there is an adapter for the BMCC EF mount to Nikon crop sensor lenses. Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Also if there is no adapter could anybody suggest a good cheap all around lens for the BMCC. Thanks
