Please help, [KHUX] has not worked for over a week

http://imgur.com/a/6s6Qd Have this problem were the screens stays stick in the loading, dimmed mode. My avatar still moves around but none of the buttons work. I'm an ios player so I downloaded khux on an android deivce to see if it would work but am having the same problem. Anyone know away around this? Submitted a ticket to SE a week ago and haven't heard back from them since.
