1 week later and I still can't buy cera using steam

• put money in steam
• got "steam account is not trusted" error
• got told to contact steam support
• messaged steam support "attempting to buy cera in dungeon fighter online, getting "steam account is not trusted" error
• got message from steam support "hello, please give us a description of your error as well as the game's name".
• sent them "attempting to buy cera in dungeon fighter online, getting "steam account is not trusted" again...
• waited 1 week

ended up maining lancer so I guess I don't care yet since i'll probably just want some avatars but still I can't imagine the company that literally prints money off the back of other game devs (not to mention millions from the steam market and cosmetic sales in their own games) has this shitty of support.
