Which is the better medic? Sawbonez or Phoenix?

Deciding which merc I want to buy next. Not sure if I should get Sawbonez or Phoenix... Is Aura better than these medics? or these are better than Aura?

Edit: also what are the best 2nd gen loadouts for Sawbonez and Phoenix?
