[EXPANSION] Singapore Joins the Grand Democracy

After more than a year's worth of negotiations, the Republic of Singapore has decided to join the Grand Democracy as an Autonomous Nation. This will allow it to keep its current form of government, a separate but subordinate military, and certain separate institutions. However, it will unite in terms of foreign policy, inter-nation regulation, transportation, work visas, and more. The Singaporean regime has agreed to this so as to allow Singapore to maintain a good deal of autonomy whilst still being part of a large bloc, even if it does not have direct representation in the legislature. In the future, Singapore shall decide whether or not to become a fully integrated nation within the Grand Democracy, with all the rights that come with such a status. A referendum on the matter will be held before the next executive elections in 2050 so that if Singapore does decide to join it may partake in those elections.
