Overwatch, Best and Worst Ults

I love Zarya, but unless your team is really cordinated her Ult really seems to be pointless. Juat draw a bunch of enemies together, so they can shoot you as a team. Meanwhile Hanzo, Junkrat, and Reapers are easy to rack up a huge kill count and clear a point, whether you have a team or not.
