Package Thief on Camera

I had a package stolen sat night from my doorstep. Part of the ever growing list of issues with transients in the neighborhoods. My Ring caught it on camera, but the night time video quality is not great. Keep an eye out for this guy and reach out of you think you have video of him stealing a package as well.
