The CIA, DIA,NSA and the NRO, backed up by the other intelligence elements, will transfer their assets to conduct major SIGINT, ISTAR, IMINT, MASINT and general espionage operation in Romania.

The NGA, and the Twenty-Fifth Air Force will support these operations.

The limited number of existing assets already in China will also be used if possible.

Numbers, defense locations, (ammunition) stockpiles, fuel dumps, radars, anti-air positions, ICBM launch/manufacturing locations, and other important subjects will be found, observed, and mapped out.

Moreover the locations of the Chinese (rotating) air forces will be properly documented.

They will also try to properly map all the links in China's ICBM kill chain of command, as well as significant (vulnerable) civilian infrastructure in China.
