Imperial Eagle question

Bought an imperial eagle last night and I am impressed. For anyone wondering I bought it at V374 Pegasi (Mackellar Hub)

Here she is

Fucking beauty. The lack of maneuverability isn't even noticeable in my opinion. My hard points are 3 fixed beams - my normal loadout.

I did notice that the armor upgrade was "out of stock" - is it available? Only in imperial space maybe?
