How tight are my Uniqlo Stretch Selvedge Jeans supposed to be around my thigh?

I just ordered a pair of Uniqlo's Stretch Selvedge Jeans and they were super tight around the thigh. I wear Levis 511 right now and those fit my thighs fine. How much will they stretch out over the course of wearing them? Should I try a different jean? They didn't feel very comfortable initially. Does it take awhile for them to get comfy?
