21 [M4F] - I Need Guidance

At this exact moment in my life I'm realizing I need a woman who can be both controlling and caring. Maybe someone older, although anyone who has their shit together is welcome. I'm a switch, but have always been in the dominant role, and right now dominance is not where my head's at. This might be a little direct, but I want someone who can just take care of me for a little while.
