Opinion: What would you prefer to see in a multi-word text logo in terms of letter-casing?

I'm definitely not a graphic designer and it's hard for me to judge the aesthetic preference to text logo letter casing. For example, if I had to make a logo for a company called BizTasks, what do you think would be preferable in terms of letter-casing?

1. BizTasks
2. biztasks (different color separating biz and tasks)
3. BIZTASKS
4. Biztasks (Bitbucket uses this format)

It's kind of driving me a little crazy. I really have no idea what the public would prefer to see.
