EX Wife Still Using Health Insurance California

Hello, was wondering if it is fraud if my ex wife uses my health insurance. We were divorced on March 30 2016. I took her off the insurance in April 2016. I just checked my claims and she is using the card. Most recent as of this month. Total approx over $6000! I will call tomorrow to see if any of these bills are in my name.
