What will be the best time to buy a 6S?

I'm looking to upgrade from my 5S to a 6S, but I want to make sure I get the best discount on the 6S, since the 7 is going to be coming out soon. What's traditionally the best time to get the previous model iPhone cheapest? Thanks!
