KLE-to-Keymap-Array / Keymap-Array-to-KLE Converter?

I know there are a few sites out there that will compile your firmware for you, and a few of them will give you the source. (http://tkg.io/ and http://kb.sized.io/)

But I don't need all that, and many of those tools get hung up on the setup of the keyboard.

What I want is a quick way to generate a keymap array from KLE and vice versa. Does one exist?

The reason I am looking is that I spend an exorbitant amount of time editing my keymap array, and then editing my KLE to match. I wish I had a tool to forward and back annotate.
