Longview Lake Shelter #14

While extremely limited in Pokestops (1), this location used to spawn an insane amount rare pokemon for such a small area. Since the last nest change, I feel like the quality of pokemon spawning has gone down hill. Has this been the experience from other frequent visitors? Also, does anyone know what time they start kicking people out? I can't imagine they let people stay past midnight but considering the more rare pokemon tend to spawn after midnight, somewhat interested in swinging by if it isn't closed.
