PC is very loud, not sure what to do

Hey guys,

I hope a PC Part Picker list good enough.

I didn't see it as a huge problem with the noise but everyone who comes to my room tells me that my PC is really loud. I had problems with my water cooling system in the past, but it resolved after I deinstalled Corsair Link, a program by corsair to control the status of the watercooling system.

I vacuum everything every now and then. When I tried to locate the origin of the noise it came mostly by the fans of the water cooler, but I'm not sure.

Hopefully you can help me out with my problem and/or give some advice how to improve my PC in any way. Please excuse my english as I am not a native speaker.
