UK-Expat in NZ - How can I get RoI?

Hi guys,

So, here's the deal! I'm from the UK, moved to NZ. As a result, my PSN account is based in the UK, not NZ.

Would I be able to set up a new, NZ-based, PSN account, buy RoI from the NZ Store, and then play it on my UK-based account? All of which would be on the same PS4.
