I'm a really bad joint roller. Please help.

I've started smoking a decent amount recently, once or twice a week. I've been doing this for about half a year, and before this I had smoked only a little bit.

Anyways, as the title reads, I'm a really bad joint roller. Just absolutely horrible. I rip papers, I drop bud, and sometimes when I get to rolling, the joint just looks uneven. Normally I smoke out of a bong or a pipe, but I want to learn how to roll. I've practiced and practiced and I'm just still horrible.

Do you guys have any recommendations to help me out? Any tutorials you've seen that just really made it click for you?
