Seeking evidence: Do large commercial brewers who buy craft breweries tamper with the recipes?

For several years I have heard people declare, emphatically, that AB has altered the recipes for Goose Island beers and those of other craft breweries that it has acquired. I've searched for evidence to no avail. Can anyone provide a factual yes or no to the question?
