SP3 Driver Issue

I've been trying to find out if I have the latest driver for Windows 10. I currently have Intel(R) HD Graphics Family. I was told to uninstall that driver and update my Surface Pro 3. I did that and it still shows the old driver. What is the most update driver out there for Windows 10? How can I get it?
