question regarding scoring ringside wwe seats.

Just a quick enquiry as to how people get ringside seats to televised shows and ppvs. Is it a matter of getting on ticketmaster first or is there a waiting list/season ticket?

My partner and I are planning on splashin out on ringside summerslam tickets next year but how feasable is it??? WM32 and raw/SD were my first ever shows i attended so relatively new at this.
