Airport lounges

I am new to using mileage credit cards. In the past I have only had 2% cash back cards. Which lounges do you get access to with a Chase Sapphire Reserve card? Also, if you get CSR in September 2016, can you get $300 travel credit before the end of the year and another $300 travel credit after the first of the year?
