Help with Strict nat

hi guys , as title says i have strict nat and i did everything and today, just for few hours it worked, i randomly enabled DMZ and there was no strict nat and game was fine finally, turned my pc off and now im logged in and its strict, even with DMZ on .. i did all i can and last thing i found in my router domain a page to allow special apps and games to be open but it asks for trigger port (udp/tcp) and open port (udp/tcp) and i dont know what are those , any help pls how or where to obtain them
