Who's up for some recycling?

Get 10-30% of materials from a demolished base and clean up the map. You must have access to the cupboard to set up the demolishing process.

1. Cupboard will countdown. In 24-48 hours the base will crumble and drop special rubble piles. In total the piles will contain 10-30% of the bases original construction materials.

2. Only the person set the base up to be demolished can see the exact time. (This is to give incentive to the person who decides the bring the base down without having everyone see the timer and know when to come back.)

3. Demolition can be cancelled at anytime by anyone if they have access to the cupboard.

Scenario 1:

I raid a base. Get the loot, and instead of griefing, I queue the building for demolition and wall in the tool cupboard and then come back when the time is up.

Scenario 2:

I build a medium sized base but move to a bigger one. Instead of leaving it there, I queue the building up and return later days later to get some of my resources back.

"What if I don't get the cupboard?"

You put in the extra work for the cupboards or you just let decay take care of it. It is well worth the work though. A typical medium sized base costs Tons of frags, stone, and wood. Getting 10-30% off that would be a good pay off.
